Meet Tiffani

Tiffani Pelletier

I am an intuitive consultant, empathic coach, and group facilitator who uses principles of intentional creativity, nature, natural law, and quantum reality to help establish and affirm well-being and help you come into realized alignment with your vision. I use traditional, time-tested practices that are adapted to modern understanding and application. These approaches address modern realities and desires. I employ the basic principles of Consciousness-Based Ayurveda, which means the Science and Art of Living as it harmonizes our natural rhythms with the presence at the core of our being, the Unified Field. This engages higher cognitive functioning, sounder sleep, and a deeper sense of unity with life. I use a comprehensive and compassionate approach. Often we feel a bottleneck point between embracing “what is” as an obstacle or an opportunity. We often have adaptations that have become ingrained in our mental/emotional/physical being that limit and undermine our ability to change and feel prosperous. When we operate from a space of wholeness, we feel more creative and experience our vision with clarity. We more easily can open to the possibility of releasing chronic illnesses and patterns that keep us feeling stuck.

Every individual is unique and I work from this understanding to connect you with the becoming self in the way that best suits you and your environment. Instead of trying to create from a present/past-oriented perspective, we can embrace a present/future relationship to life. I facilitate Red and Golden Thread Circles. These are spaces where we discuss and participate in creative practices that invite and open an empowering and compassionate dialogue of self-realization. And I teach introductory sessions on discovering and applying Consciousness-Based Ayurvedic principles to modern life.

My approach is consciousness-based and heart-centered. I see each individual as already whole and help them accept and integrate the pull of the becoming self by re-sourcing what they inherently have. I see beyond the conditions to the natural being that is ever-present and work from this space of wholeness. The rest more naturally changes from this space. My entire life has been shaped by radical events. I have had to adapt to extreme circumstances over and over. It felt like I had no voice or worth as there was a seeming inherent miscommunication between my thoughts and desires and what this attracted. I had to ask the really hard questions of myself and take total responsibility for how I responded to life. I did this without any expectation that this pattern would shift until it occurred to me that parts of myself were so deeply buried that they were provoking obstacles until I transcended them and started holistically loving myself and my life. I began to experience a relationship with a future pull of evolution and sensed that I was being held and guided as I opened to a new flowing nature. I had to completely cut off comparing myself to others and I found that this was because I had suppressed those aspects of myself and instead of developing them from within, I was seeking them outside of me. This is a wound of Self and Self-worthiness. I love working with people to establish a new sense of integrity, well-being, and a clear sense of self-authorship no matter the circumstance. I define this as taking full responsibility for our relationship to life and desired outcomes, which intrinsically establishes a greater sense of self-belief. This simply means we know that we matter and that we are enough. From here, we feel supported by life and we become the master architects of our lives as life is happening through us. We embrace and integrate the essentials from the past, live in the present, and move onward feeling aligned with a greater vision for our lives.

Our perceptions and consciousness are intimately linked with all of life. Often we have held onto conditioning that we do not realize is suppressing the life we wish to create. We undervalue our own experience and voice, yet it is exactly our voice that is required to lead and live the life we are here to experience and share with others. I have found that we have to own that the collective unconsciousness influences us and take responsibility for our individuated growth. All of life is interdependent. It takes immense awareness, courage, compassion, forgiveness, and a clear desire to experience an integration into a deeper unity with life to truly shift. Sometimes it can come suddenly, but in order to really integrate this gift, we need to feel worthy enough to receive it. The world we live in is changing. The old paradigms stifle our growth through collective agreements that have no basis in the reality of the truth of life and natural laws. We live in a time when these old paradigms are crumbling under the force of the rising crises that individuals and communities are experiencing. It has been challenging in every way for me to open to re-birthing and re-sourcing myself, but I have learned that we have the ability to overcome impossible odds when we commit to true self-discovery and leadership and value our lives. I have found there is this sense of naturalness that develops when we open to a deep willingness and reverence for the highest good. This willingness has opened an awe-inspiring sensual recognition throughout my body that has healed trauma-informed relationships in my neurology and helped me to embody a reciprocal sincerity with life that is kind. There is a naturalness that reveals itself to us and we see how life keeps nothing away from us. We can then perceive our circumstances as a welcome to grow into a new perception of who we truly are and integrate new life with ever greater fluidity and harmony.
